Welcome to Melissa Poma Hair, a private hair salon in downtown Marysville, California, specializing in luxury hair color, dimensional highlights, color corrections, signature haircuts, smoothing treatments and professional blowouts.

My career in the beauty industry began in Los Angeles, where I spent 15 years developing my craft and training alongside leading hairstylists and educators. My advanced education includes Redken, L'Oreal Professionel, Sam Villa and Micheal O'Rorke of Big Sexy Hair, with strong focus on precision cutting, customized color and modern hair transformations.

After returning to the Yuba - Sutter area, I founded Melissa Poma Hair and spent 10 years building and operating an employee-based salon in Yuba City, CA. Beyond working behind the chair, I have trained and developed stylists and continued my work as a beauty industry educator.

Today, Melissa Poma Hair is located inside Horizon Wellness in downtown Marysville, serving clients throughout Marysville, Yuba City, and the greater Yuba - Sutter area. My approach combines the elevated salon experience and advanced education of my Los Angeles career with personalized, one - on - one service.
